We are seeking Strategic Planning and Business Analysis Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and alignment with long-term organizational goals. Conduct analyses, identify opportunities, and negotiate strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships to support the organization’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans, including 3-year plans and annual objectives.
- Conduct environmental scans and organizational analyses to support strategic positioning.
- Identify and evaluate acquisitions, licensing opportunities, and business alliances.
- Drive the strategic business planning process, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring accountability for achieving objectives.
- Lead and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, analysis, and negotiation.
